About the Course

The Facilitator

Michelle Livesley is a Wellbeing Teams advisor and consultant with Helen Sanderson Associates. She has extensive experience in developing person-centered care practices in health, social care, and education. Michelle has contributed to multiple publications and trained professionals internationally, including in Australia, Canada, India, Singapore, and Spain.
She is a Holocracy Practitioner, a mentor trainer in person-centered thinking, risk management, and values-based recruitment, and has led self-managing teams to achieve outstanding service ratings.
With a passion for cultural change and community building, Michelle brings hands-on experience and innovative strategies to this workshop.
