The Integrative Organisational Learning Solutions Framework™

The Integrative Organisational Learning Solutions Framework™ provides a clear

This comprehensive approach delivers measurable results, lowers costs, and improves return-on-investment. Find out how we can partner with you to help you identify and focus on
HRD efforts that will make the greatest difference to your organisation.

Our Approach to Learning

We pride ourselves as quality craftsmen and facilitators of life-long learning. We use the
Apollo 4E model, which is a well-researched and proven approach to maximise adults learning by Apollo Consulting Group, USA. The model shows that for any training to be effective and maximise its returns, 25% of the learning happens before the training, 25% during the training event, and 50% is implementation and follow-up after the training.

All our programmes are based on principles of adult learning. Adults progress best when they are actively involved in their own learning. They’ll be challenged, provoked and stimulated by exercises, case studies, and small-group discussions that “teach” by leading trainees to logical conclusions. These breakthrough “ahas!” galvanise adults into action.

At your request, we can provide pre- and postevaluations with our training programme, demonstrating what learning has truly occurred. We believe that as trainers, we have a responsibility to produce objective results and we do.

Participants will experience a thoroughly professional programme, and receive a workbook and certificate of completion. Your training consultant will provide you with valuable feedback after the programme in the form of a summary of participation evaluations to help you measure your programme’s success.

Our Approach to Curriculum Design

Central to Integrative’s approach to people and management development is the need
to create measurable improvements in the performance of individuals and their businesses.

Our programmes are designed with three key aims in mind:

  • to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills to do today’s job better
  • to provide change in individual’s attitudes, knowledge, skills and behaviours necessary to succeed in the next job and
  • to provide education in whatever is likely to be important to the individuals and their organisation in the future

Our programmes contain not only the means to demonstrate and transfer best practice to participants but they also reflect the changing environment in markets and organisations. It is important that learning is seen not only as generically important but vitally relevant. To target your programme, we first gather as much information as we possibly can about your organisation.

We will learn through you, your business outcomes, your organisational culture, your key challenges and your people. Using the information gathered, we then link your objectives for the programme to your business objectives.
