Dr Tan Bee Wan, Executive Chairman
Dr Tan Bee Wan is the Executive Chairman of Integrative Learning Corporation and an established leader in organisational development, leadership education and social sector capability building.
She has extensive experience working with leaders, boards and organisations across the public, private and non-profit sectors. Through ILC, she has led the development of programmes and consultancy initiatives in leadership, governance, organisational sustainability, fundraising and strategic management.
Dr Tan is committed to strengthening the capabilities of charities and social service organisations. Her work focuses on helping organisations build effective leadership, sound governance and sustainable systems that enable them to fulfil their purpose and create lasting impact.
She continues to provide strategic direction to ILC while mentoring leaders and developing solutions that address the evolving needs of organisations and communities.
She holds a PHD in social work and has previously served as Executive Director of the Singapore Council of Social Service and Community Chest of Singapore, as well as CEO of Tsao Foundation.
Hana Sofiah, Managing Consultant
Hana Sofiah is a governance and organisational development professional with more than 20 years of experience across the corporate and social service sectors.
As Managing Consultant at ILC, she works with charities, non-profits and other organisations to strengthen governance, compliance, organisational systems and leadership capability. Before joining ILC, Hana served for eight years as the Executive Director of a leading charity, where she oversaw operations exceeding S$14 million.
Earlier in her career, she held roles with multinational corporations including IBM and HP. Her experience spans charity governance, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, cybersecurity, fundraising, volunteer management, procurement, process improvement and data analytics.
Hana holds a Master’s degree in Cyber Security and is a certified Data Protection Officer. She is also the author of The Moral Compass: Reforming Leadership from Within, which draws on her leadership experience and commitment to ethical, accountable and purpose-driven leadership.

Tuminah Sapawi, Consultant
Mdm Tuminah Sapawi brings over 40 years of experience across the media, public and social service sectors. She previously held senior leadership appointments at the Ministry of Social and Family Development, Yayasan MENDAKI, the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, and PPIS, where she served as Chief Executive Officer.
Her experience spans organisational leadership, community development, programme strategy and capability building. She currently supports the professional development of social service practitioners and organisations, drawing on her extensive experience in strengthening community programmes and services.

Isabel Sim (Dr), Principal Consultant / Trainer
Dr Isabel Sim is the principal consultant at Integrative CSR Consulting, Formerly Senior Research Fellow, Department of Social Work, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, NUS as well as Director (Projects), Centre for Social Development (Asia).
She obtained her PhD in finance from The University of Western Australia in 2011.
She is also involved of the series Accounting and Finance Handbooks for Charities including Budgeting and Cash Flow Management, Fund Accounting for Charities, Full Cost Recovery for Charities and Cost-Effective Audit for Charities. She is also one of the author for Accounting for Good – Helping Charities Do Good Better, a project in collaboration with NUS and ISCA.

Andrea Lim, Client Advisory Manager
Andrea Lim is the Client Advisory Manager at Integrative Learning Corporation. She works closely with clients to understand their organisational and capability-building needs and connects them with suitable training and consultancy solutions.
Andrea supports clients throughout the engagement process, from initial consultation and programme planning to coordination and follow-up. She also works with ILC’s consultants, trainers and partners to ensure that programmes are aligned with client objectives and delivered effectively.
Her work centres on building trusted client relationships, supporting business development and creating a positive experience for organisations working with ILC.
Kelwin Chan, Consultant for Strategic Partnership & Growth
Kelwin Chan is a senior channel sales leader with over 15 years of experience driving partner strategy and revenue growth across Asia Pacific. He has held regional roles at Talkdesk, F5/NGINX, and Ingram Micro, with a track record of building GTM strategies, scaling ecosystems, and delivering multimillion-dollar pipelines.
